About Happy Thought Tai Chi

HAPPY THOUGHT TAI CHI PROGRAM was developed by instructor Mark Cashatt. The system was developed from ideas and routines that Mark Cashatt gathered over the years. Mark first learned the Yang Style Cheng Man Ching form, and since has learned several Chen forms, one wu form along with Chen Style Broadsword, do-dao, straight sword and spear. Through years of daily practice and leading classes since 1997, the system has been refined and now duplicated in a DVD series. The program is a series of Tai Chi forms as well as chi-kong routines that are easy to learn and very relaxing to do. The “chi-kong” routines are made up of individual chi-kong movements laced together by Mark Cashatt so the movements are easier to remember. Mark Cashatt leads classes where anyone can come in anytime and start anytime. The easy to follow DVD’s guide the student through the moves with inspirational music in the background. Practicing with the Happy Thought Tai Chi Program DVDs are almost as good as attending a Happy Thought Tai Chi Program class.  Mark Cashatt is also available for private lessons.
